Slider of Elegance

The slimmest slider in the world finds perfect home in the Samsung E840, a jewel of a handset you’ll treasure and cherish. Barely 10.6mm in depth, with super-thin body and proven design elements that have been further refined, pleases on every aesthetic level and satisfies your exquisite taste and sense of style.

Following closely in the footsteps of the U600, the E840 makes for an equally stylish phone. Whether you agree with me on its performance or not, you will surely be smitten by this shiny piece of work. It’s an uber-chic slider phone that doesn’t fail to grab attention. A portion of the credit goes to the mirrored glass front finish. Surely, a lot of women will find it useful! Whether this was the company’s intention or not is still a mystery. It surely works for me though!

The Samsung SGH-E840 has 101.5 × 52.5 × 10.6mm 3D, only 10 .6 mm in thickness, which set the Samsung slide a new record and makes them sigh Samsung’s technology standards.Samsung SGH E840 built-in 61MB, support micro SD (TF) expansion memory card, FM radio and support for USB cable and wireless Bluetooth 2.0, support JAVA process is extended, comprehensive configuration first.Have a 2.2 inch TFT dislpay with 260,000 color QVGA,supports MP3,audio files such as ACC player .

Twist and Slide

Set the trend with Samsung E810 that was designed with the latest style in mind. Your mobile experience would never be the same as E810 offers you with a wide variety of advanced functions and technology.

The E810 is very slightly smaller (thinner) than the E800, but weighs the same. The battery life has been slightly improved. There appears to be no option for connecting to a PC by cable; only by infra-red. There are one or two other minor changes to the design, but nothing of real note.

Key Features:

- The E810 showcases a smooth design that allows you to reveal and hide the keypad with minimal effort and a semi-automatic slide-up feature.
- The 300,000 pixel VGA camera offers vivid and clear images with a 180 degrees rotating lens that allows you to capture your precious moments in various angles.
- Now you can record your important events through E810’s Motion JPEG capability that would last up to 60 seconds.
- Savor the sound with a wide-range of ringtone selections in 64-chord polyphonic ringtones.
- With the image saved in your phone, you can know the person who’s calling you even before you answer the call. The Photo Caller ID function provides you with the convenience of using your picture files in ways that are impossible with other mobile phones.

Slip Into A Stylish Solution With Samsung’s Moving New Mobile

The new Samsung E800, a creative and cool handset, is outfitted with a soft-touch slide design and a camera with a distinctive hidden flash. Look closer and you will find that it has all of the most powerful features available in mobile technology today. This GPRS gem utilizes WAP for web surfing and MMS technology for messaging. It doesn’t get any better than this! The E800 makes it possible for you to communicate anywhere and anytime, with ease and flair. Take a real close look and make the Samsung E800 the ‘flashy’ choice for your communication needs.

The sliding mechanism is absolutely excellent. It’s semi-automatic, with just enough resistance to be satisfying, and the action is aided by a thin rubber strip against which to push. When open, a decent sized keypad is revealed, backlit in white and giving the user good clicky feedback without being too loud. Best of all, the top layer of the phone doesn’t get in the way of the buttons, and the phone remains balanced in use.

Turn the machine on and you’re greeted with the Samsung interface found in any other phone in the range. Depending on your feelings will depend on whether you like that or not, but one thing seems openly apparent with this model is that expect it to make lots of noises - strange noises - at you whenever you opt to do anything. Tap a number into the keypad and every number makes a different note, connect a call and you get another sound, in fact it seems you can’t do anything without some noise or other. This of course stems to the polyphonic ring tones - all 64 of them, however for the traditionalists amongst us it would have been nice to include a standard ring tone in the selection rather than everything but.

Get in touch with the Ultimate Multimedia phone!

Redefine mobile communication with the sensory feedback of Samsung’s new SGH-E770 multi-output multimedia master. Get ready for sensory overload… Megapixel imaging, printing and sound capabilities only take you to the edge of multimedia, but the E770 takes the next step with Vibetonz, the first touch of telecommunications that adds the expressive dynamics of vibration to mobile communications.

The phone comes with a integrated 1.3 megapixel camera which has a 4 x digital zoom & LED flash option. The user will be able to take photos of all their friends & places that they visit with this simple to use camera feature. The user can store their snaps, edit them, save them or send them to other contacts. The camera feature comes with a photo effect option & image editor which allows the user to amend & enhance their snaps to perfection. The E770 comes with a video feature which allows the user to record video in MPEG4 format which can be played back, sent to other contacts or stored on the phones memory.

The E770 is not the highest spec phone available, but is still very good. Starting with the imaging capabilities, the E770 has a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and a video recorder. Both of these are of excellent quality. The outer display is a 262k colour OLED LCD screen and the main display is a 262k colour TFT screen. Both are again of excellent quality. The camera and display of the E770 are not the best that Samsung has ever produced (try the D600 if you want more) but they are a very close second.

If it’s cute you’re looking for in your next phone, you may well have come to the right place, because this is a neat handset that shows off what clamshells are best at — being small and unobtrusive in your pocket. If the outside were simply composed of two-tone matte silver with black edging, we’d say the E770 appeals to our idea of understated neatness. Add in the shiny front buttons and camera lens, and a front screen, and we’re talking bling.
