Redefining Superior Design

The sleek contours of Samsung S300 smooth body fit snugly in your hand. Plus, its dual colour screens give you full colour on the external screen and 65,536 true color on the internal screen.

The new S300 model is a real gem. It has all of the abilities of the S100 of old, with the addition of an active matrix main display, a secondary external color display, and 40 voice polyphonics. And it dropped nearly 25% of its weight in the process, coming in at a meager 70g with the slim battery.

The color display is cool and you got to see it to believe it. While you may pant fo more, you should remember that the maximum resolution is 65 K due to limits. The color display is the best feature I liked in this phone. The Key pad is fairly large and it gives fluorescent lighting in dark. The blue background id beautiful indeed. You can use the short cut for the WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) based browsing and you can use arrow keys to write a text message on the fly. Nice Icons appear and please your eyes all the time. The navigation is a breeze and it is navigable. While it may take a little while to get acclimatized. Once you are set, you are set, you are on a cruise. You will love navigating the phone more than you would use your mouse.

Philips SHN2500
17 Mar 2010

Weighing in at a hefty US$30, these are by far the cheapest active noise cancelling phones on the market, with or without a pedigree. They are of the canalphone types first popularized by the Sony MDR-EX70s and EX71s. Philips ups this by adding in an active noise cancelling circuitry unit. As you [...]

Panasonic RP-HTX7

Tightness is not a problem with these phones because of the vinyl-wrapped metal headband. This is great because it’s impossible to overextend them–you just bend them back into shape with no trouble.  The Sheckler Signature model of these phones is the least expensive by at least 20 dollars when I bought it (maybe his sponsorship [...]

Sony DR-BT30Q
15 Mar 2010

A great idea or just another pointless use of wireless technology? I?ve spent a few months using the Sony DR-BT30Q stereo Bluetooth headphones, and thought it might be useful for some people for me to post my thoughts on this desirable gadget and my views on the technology behind it. A2DP, more commonly known as Bluetooth [...]
